Chris Ellison, Travel Journalist from Canadian Detinations Magazine in Ontario flew in and wrote an article about his experience driving our Vulcan through Cape Breton.
"I then contacted JK Walker Exotic
Car Share near Halifax (www.jkwalkerexoticcarshare.
ca) and connected
with a great guy, Owner Jeremy Walker,
and soon booked the motorcycle rental.
As far as I am aware, his company is the
only one in Atlantic Canada that will rent
a motorcycle, and even a Ferrari under
certain circumstances. The primary
motorcycles available are the Kawasaki
Versys and Vulcan 900 LT. I booked the
Vulcan and then eagerly finished planning
the rest of my trip.
I flew into Halifax with butterflies
in my stomach."
"I already missed Cape Breton and I felt as if I experienced
it more fully than 20 years ago. I suppose it’s because,
as a photographer riding a motorcycle,
I was focused on every detail,
every turn, every nook and cranny.
At that moment, however, I was
physically and mentally exhausted.
Funny thing is that the next morning
I longed to do it all again."

"Jeremy, thanks for the bike, it preformed excellently and was a good sized
bike for our tour of all of the Nova Scotia coastal roads. One week was not
enough time though, it would have been much better to rent the bike for two
weeks. The drivers in Nova Scotia were very courteous, friendly, didn't run
lights and stayed on their side of the road."
My daughter and I had a great trip."
